DLR Pty Ltd, encompassing Lifestyle Property Realty values your privacy and as such is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. It has adopted a Privacy Policy to comply with the 10 National Privacy Principles contained within the Privacy Amendment (Private Sector) Act 2000: http://www.privacy.gov.au/publications/npps01.html.

Privacy Policy

Lifestyle Property Realty Privacy Statement is written to ensure that we respect and keep safe all the personal information you may provide to Lifestyle Property Realty in any dealings you have with us. This relates only to Lifestyle Property Realty and not with conjuncting agents throughout Australia and New Zealand. Information may be shared with the conjuncting agencies who are working within the umbrella of Lifestyle Property Realty. These agencies will be complying with the National Privacy Principles contained within the Australian Privacy (Private Sector) Amendment Act 2000. DLR Pty Ltd does not have control or supervision over the conjuncting agencies.

Collection of Information

We only collect information from you that is necessary to assist us in a sale, a purchase or a lease of an accommodation property, tourist ventures and related businesses. We may collect personal information, including your name, address, telephone and mobile number, email address and any other relevant information that is required for the sale, purchase or leasing a property. You provide us with this information when you visit our website and fill out an enquiry form or listing your property or a general enquiry. The main purpose of collecting personal information is to communicate to you about requested properties, obtaining listings or following up general enquiries.

You have available to you all personal information that is stored by Lifestyle Property Realty, it can changed at any time only by you and not a third party.

You have the opportunity to “opt out” of receiving emails or other information that may be sent to you at any time by contacting us by email, mail or telephone.

Use and Disclosure

We use your personal information to assist in the sale, purchase or lease of your property. To achieve this Lifestyle Property Realty may disclose your personal information to businesses that assist the company, for example: conjuncting agents, internet service providers, advertising companies. This information is only used to carry out functions on Lifestyle Property Realty behalf.

All personal information is only used and stored by Lifestyle Property Realty, it will not be disclose any information to a third party without your written approval. All information you submit electronically is used to:

• obtain listings of properties for sale
• responding to general enquiries
• responding to buyer enquiries
• responding to seller enquiries
• storage of data for internal use

We only record your personal information after you have given written approval.

Lifestyle Property Realty endeavours to ensure that all data collected is accurate and well maintained. All information is recorded how you presented it to Lifestyle Property Realty. All reasonable steps are taken to ensure maximum protection of your personal details.

Lifestyle Property Realty aims to ensure that we treat all personal information with respect and care. However, should you have a complaint that relates to how Lifestyle Property Realty has collected or used the information you have provided on yourself, we would like the opportunity to remedy the problem.
