| How do I list my property For Sale? | Lifestyle Property Choices offers two listing options to the seller, either pay commission or a listing fee with no commission. 1. Lifestyle Property Realty as your Real Estate Agent (Commission based): If you use Lifestyle Property Realty services as an agent and business broker, a reduced commission rate is offered and the whole process of the sale is undertaken by Lifestyle Property Realty and the only area the owner is involved, is to undertake the inspections only. Lifestyle Property Realty is open to conjucting with listing agents who have a boutique accommoadtion property or a lifetsyle property and offers to list their listed property on the Lifestyle Property Choices website at a fee. This option includes: commission plus GST (reduced) 2. Selling Yourself: List your property on Lifestyle Property Choices web site. With a one-off listing fee for only $125 plus GST (no commission) plus a choice of two levels of listing starting at $40.00 per month. Eligibility is subject to fitting into one of our accepted boutique accommodation categories. Your Property Does Not Qualify if it is a hotel, large resort, hostel, apartment for rent, campground, vacation rental, caravan park, the property is not unique and offering a boutique accommodation environment or you do not offer nightly rates.
