Lifestyle Property Realty is looking for enthusiastic, motivated licenced real estate agents to assist in the
listing and selling of Lifestyle Guest Accommodation Properties in NSW, VIC, QLD, SA, WA, NT and TAS.
You would be arranging the listings and sales of Lifestyle Guest Accommodation Properties including:
- Bed and Breakfasts
- Guest Houses
- Cabins and Self-Contained Cottages
- Farm Stays
- Boutique Hotels
- Holiday Retreats
- Motels & Motel Leases
- Hotels
- Management Rights
- Back Packers
- Resorts
Your tasks would include:
- Discuss the method of sale, presentation of the property, costs and inspection times with vendors (sellers).
- List details of land or buildings for sale and arrange for the advertising of properties.
- Match buyers and sellers.
- Assess buyers' needs and locate properties for their consideration.
- Take prospective buyers to inspect properties.
- Draw up legal documents between vendors and buyers.
- Arrange finance and insurance.
Personal Requirements
Successful applicants will have:
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Good presentation and a pleasant manner.
- Able to network effectively.
- Motivated to achieve.
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Good working knowledge of the local area.
