Lifestyle Property Realty was started in 2004 by Dianne Ray and is now run by Dianne and her partner Dieter
Helmert.
Lifestyle Property Realty was developed because of Dianne's involvement in the bed and breakfast industry.
After being involved in the purchasing, operating and selling of a bed and breakfast, she decided that a
person with this practical experience is an essential item in acting as a real estate agent for the lifestyle
property market. "I believe a real estate agent who is a specialist in the lifestyle guest accommodation
industry is a very important requirement and benefit to the prospective purchaser or seller of a lifestyle
property", says Dianne.
The result, Lifestyle Property Realty, specialises in lifestyle accommodation properties including bed
and breakfasts, self contained cottages and cabins, guest houses, boutique hotels and motels, holiday retreats,
homestays and farmstays, management rights, backpackers, caravan parks and other lifestyle properties. We
operate throughout Australia and New Zealand.
The Lifestyle Property Realty team now consists of: Dianne Ray, Dieter Helmert, Bronwyn Reynolds and
Sophie Wegat.
1) Director/Owner - Dianne Ray
- Dianne is a commercial agent, business broker and leasing agent for Lifestyle Property Realty and
operates Deserve A Break, a business helping match up relief manages and accommodation owners.
- Dianne comes from Victoria and has made Noosa home for the past 5 years.
- She has four grown up sons, a daughter-in-law, a grand daughter and a partner.
- Dianne is an active golf enthusiast and tennis player.
- Prior to living in Noosa, Dianne clocked up more than 30 years experience in business and education.
- Since living in the Noosa area Dianne has owned and operated Noosa Valley Manor Luxury Bed & Breakfast and has developed an e-realestate business selling lifestyle guest accommodation properties throughout Australia & New Zealand.
- She is a licensed real estate agent in Queensland, New South Wales and Victoria.
- Dianne strongly believes in acting in the best interests of the client at all times, providing a courteous professional service along with honesty, integrity and a consistent approach offering total commitment.

2) General Manager - Dieter Helmert
- Dieter came from Germany and made Australia home over 30 years ago.
- He has lived in Sydney, Melbourne and in recent years in Noosa, Queensland.
- Dieter has been involved in international logistics, sales and marketing, working with large corporations for many years.
- Dieter offers experience and knowledge in sales and marketing and his IT skills enhance the operations of DLR Pty Ltd.
- Dieter is a golf enthusiast as well.
3) Personal Assistant - Bronwyn Reynolds
- Bronwyn is a new employee of DLR Pty Ltd.
- Bronwyn comes to us from the hospitality and training industries.
